And so it begins...

Well, we have been in Tassie for over a 3 weeks now and I have found that I have a bit more time on my hands. So I have decided to try out some new recipes. So far I have done 2 new recipes since arriving in Smithton, Tasmania. I made Chicken, cheese and vegetable parcels and Nutella Filled Puff Pastry Pockets. Both turned out great. So stay tuned for what comes next....
